The arbitration tribunal shall be composed of a sole arbitrator to be appointed in consensus by the Parties. The place of arbitration shall be at Mangalore . The arbitration procedure shall be conducted in the English language and any award or awards shall be rendered in English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and conclusive and binding upon the Parties.

Notices: All notices shall be in writing and signed by or on behalf of the party giving it under these Terms and shall be sent to the other party and deemed given when delivered in person, by email, and by sending it through registered post or by courier.

Third Party Rights: No third party shall have any rights to enforce any terms contained herein.
